Born in Ajmer, Neha had a childhood focused on studies, with her mother being a school teacher. However, it was during her 10th standard that her passion for mathematics started to blossom. Her curiosity led her to delve deeper into the subject, and she developed an unflinching love for it.

Her academic journey led her to pursue an Honours degree in mathematics from Miranda House, the most prestigious college in Delhi University. Neha’s passion for mathematics inspired her to start a newsletter with a group of friends, which eventually became a highly acclaimed subscription-based publication. It was like she was on a mission to change the perception of mathematics and showcase its practical applications.

During her first internship at IISc Bangalore, Neha discovered the real-world applications of mathematics in data analytics and interpretation. This fueled her interest, and she went on to work at BridgeI2I analytics, where her expertise in analytics and mathematics shone. She worked with some of the biggest customers, processing and analyzing massive amounts of data, sometimes dealing with up to 20 lakh rows/columns in excel sheets. Neha’s capability in business forecasting on existing data sets became her forte, and her passion for analytics also led her to find her love of life partner(aka husband) in the field of data analytics and science.

Neha’s confidence and expertise took her to several other companies before she joined HealthPlix, where she currently drives a lot of efforts in the field of Healthcare Analytics. She has grown on to become one of the strongest pillars for all data analytics needs at HealthPlix. She says “playing with data gives you the ability to forecast, and my efforts have benefited many companies, helping them gain a competitive advantage.” Although Neha initially worked solo on analytics at HealthPlix, she now has the support of one of the finest minds in analytics, Jayant Swami, whom she considers her savior during challenging times.

Aside from her analytics prowess, Neha is also a fundraiser at heart. She says “I believe in the therapeutic value of one person helping another”, and her selfless contributions have made her a rare gem.

HealthPlix is fortunate to have such an exceptional contributor in Neha, who continues to make a significant impact in the field of analytics!

An Arts Graduate who is excelling the art of Customer Relationship Management(CRM) at a Health-tech startup https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/an-arts-graduate-who-is-excelling-the-art-of-crm-at-a-health-tech-startup/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=an-arts-graduate-who-is-excelling-the-art-of-crm-at-a-health-tech-startup Fri, 27 Jan 2023 08:05:02 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=17705

A town with not more than 5000 inhabitants is still unaware that a hardworking boy would make it this far and make his family proud. Misa – a small town in Palwal district of Haryana, traditionally has relied on agriculture and vegetables business. Majority of families from Misa have a regular lifestyle with families focusing on agricultural activities and managing to eat 2 meals a day.

Karamvir, a small town boy from Misa, Haryana, had a dream to make something of himself and make his family proud. Growing up in a town with a population of less than 5000, Karamvir saw the opportunity to break out of the mold.

While studying for his degree in arts in 2004-5, Karamvir was exposed to the world of call centers and saw it as a way to earn big. Determined to make it, he took an English speaking course to sharpen his skills. This led to his first job at Tata Teleservices, where he worked for several years before moving on to other well-known brands like Airtel, OYO, and Limeroad.

With a decade of experience in customer relationship management and online marketing, Karamvir is now the key SPOC for CRM at Healthplix, a health-tech startup. He manages multiple campaigns every month, dealing with close to 5 million customer profiles, making him an expert in handling customer relationships across different sectors.

Despite his humble beginnings, Karamvir has made a name for himself as a self-made professional, making his parents proud and proving that anything is possible with hard work and determination. He credits his success to his supportive wife and a bit of luck. The locals of Misa would never have thought that one of their own would go on to handle 5 million customer data-points, but Karamvir has done just that.

Son of a civil engineer who is redefining product management at a health-tech startup! https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/son-of-a-civil-engineer-who-is-redefining-product-management-at-a-health-tech-startup/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=son-of-a-civil-engineer-who-is-redefining-product-management-at-a-health-tech-startup Wed, 28 Dec 2022 05:22:45 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=17293

“At one point, I thought I had lost my job given COVID-19 was sweeping the world”, that was Anant Kumar’s account of his first few months at Healthplix.

But then miracles happen, rarely do you find leaders who notice and create magic out of nowhere. He recollects his first meeting with one of the leaders for a surprise task. It is followed by a series of events that define Anant as one of the kickass product managers at HealthPlix

When the world was under attack by the deadly coronavirus, Anant receives a call from one of HealthPlix’s leaders. Next, he understands that he is tasked with developing a product offering that will significantly contribute to the company’s revenue streams. Anant seizes the golden opportunity and creates a product that serves as a model for many strategic projects within the company. Today, everyone knows him as the go-to guy for a variety of strategic projects!

The ability to put his mind to a particular decision and produce groundbreaking work has helped HealthPlix in many ways! People have dreams but realities differ, and that is how life works. Anant on the other hand is a different breed who firmly believes that good academics DO NOT guarantee success. Rather it is the knack of “Joining the dots coupled with an unwavering desire to give birth to something new!

According to Anant, “You don’t need awesome MBAs or solid degrees to take your little entrepreneurial flight. You think from the users’ point of view and ask why to produce something miraculous!”

Having lived in more than ten states, he easily fits into the category of product managers who also are Biryani lovers. Sometimes his love for Biryani reflects in his work as he explains, “Love for developing products also comes from understanding how biryani is cooked layer after layer 🙂 ”.

Soundarya – daughter of a silk farmer who is transforming herself at HealthPlix https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/soundarya-daughter-of-a-silk-farmer-who-is-transforming-herself-at-healthplix/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=soundarya-daughter-of-a-silk-farmer-who-is-transforming-herself-at-healthplix Tue, 29 Nov 2022 14:20:57 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=16726

It’s 7am, and a young 21yr old is waking up to the birds chirping on a small tree. She is the daughter of a silk farmer who has come out of her silk cocoon to see the outer world, yet with holding values close to her heart.

Introducing our young(est) star Plixian, Soundarya who can be a serious contender for the youngest HR professional achiever award in the state if there is one. Coming from a micro-town Sarajapura (Bengalurites know why it ends with ‘pura’) she counts on rabbits, peacocks as her morning friends.

After a blissful morning, Soundarya is ready to fight the nightmarish Bengaluru traffic to reach office and believes that “work is worship ”. With a regular graduation in BBA, she was doing rounds for interviews and landed up in HealthPlix as a fresher. Little did she know that working at HealthPlix is comparable to being on a rocketship – any seat available is taken immediately.

As a first generation learner in the family, she is the only girl child going out to work as a HR professional. India has many inspiring stories, but it is rare that girls are encouraged at a young age to achieve more.

She recalls Petrina as one of her first bosses who taught her ALL things “HR” and shaped her into an industry ready professional in a matter of a few months. The swift, agile Soundarya –  never imagined (including her father) that she will be playing a crucial role at a healthcare startup.

For folks who don’t know the other side of Soundarya, she plays a dual role in her life. By day and week, she is a HR professional at HealthPlix managing a lot of HR activities. As soon as Friday arrives, she turns into a role player/actor. At a very young age she had taken up role play and acting in various web series and dramas. Till date, she has acted in 4 serials and a five language web series as a lead role. Additionally, she has done script writing for more than 10 short movies and wrote dialogues for some movies as well. Certainly Soundarya is one of the multifaceted young talents HealthPlix is proud of! From acting in drama plays to anchoring at news channels, the youngest girl in the family has already achieved a lot.

At 21, she is already a homeowner for her parents and supports them in every way possible! She counts on her colleagues Arun and Fayaz for shaping her into a smart worker from a college kid, and today is the lifeline for many key projects in the HR function.

When asked what keeps her going, she says “ I am self driven in a way that i just go out and talk to people and make connections. Believe work is foundational and everything has to happen as per process”

Translating vision into sales and Argha’s world of 2 E’s https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/translating-vision-into-sales-and-arghas-world-of-2-es/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=translating-vision-into-sales-and-arghas-world-of-2-es Thu, 29 Sep 2022 05:18:23 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=16494

There’s no one answer to this question, as it’s a matter of personal choice and depends on what keeps you going. Luck by chance meetings happen to us every now and then, but how many times do we leverage them? If you are thinking that you never got a chance to graduate from one of the IIT’s or IIM’s to be a star at work, then read this blog. It will provide you with insights into the three basic principles that can keep you going in your professional journey.

This is a story of Argha – the Plixian who doesn’t have a jazzy degree from IIT’s or IIM’s but yet is STAR Plixian at HealthPlix. Argha has traveled 80% of India and believes that these diverse experiences gives him a lot of room to think and experiment and excel at work as well as personally.

Argha after his MBA(from a known management institute in Delhi) entered into the world of electronics brands as a Product Trainer. His stint at SONY began as a product trainer where he got first hand experience on a range of products. He was working at SONY in an era where walkmans and their manual camera’s ruled our lives and the nostalgia behind owning a SONY product was a dream for many.

Plixian Stories

Argha joins HealthPlix at a time when the whole world was reeling from the effects of the pandemic. He takes charge as Lead of Training & Development to train professionals on how to sell software to a unique audience like a doctor. He has his set of learnings as this job at HealthPlix. Initial months go in adjusting to multiple challenges of virtual training, to in-person training and to teaching the sales professional on how to approach someone like a doctor. Doctors in India are extremely sensitive given the nature of their job. In other words, selling to them is the same as putting toothpaste back in the tube.

Today, at HealthPlix Argha is known as one of the finest business managers who understands when to change gears and serve the company. By now Argha has grown on to be one of the finest training & development (T&D) leaders in the country with more than 10000+ sales personnel training experience under his belt. When asked on what is takes to be a successful sales professional he says

I follow these 3 basic principles and have always relied on it

  • As a sales professional, it doesn’t matter which company you’re working for, having the conviction and being sold to the vision is essential
  • A sales professional should always be able to surprise your customers with a surprise sales pitch
  • Finally, whenever the customer is at the verge of making a decision at the moment of the truth – give a simple and honest advice in a layman language and let magic happen!

On a personal level, when Argha is connecting with his team mates and allowing them to grow he firmly believes in the modus operandi of 3+1

KRA’s. He goes on to say “Do the 3 key things central to your KRA for over 3 months consistently(repeat the cycle) and +1 related to that one strategic initiative you want to put your heart out and drive it!”

Some of the Plixians call the above the Argha’s playbook of enabling sales professionals to excel. Argha strongly recalls how one of the leadership team members Prashant Parmar is someone who surprises him regularly with that one question that is unplanned! Argha is one of those success stories HealthPlix has been able to nurture. During his time at the company, he has brought a go beyond duty call attitude and a jovial personality that is magnetic at times to the company!

He says, “I don’t refrain myself from Experimenting and travel the world to Experience (2 E’s) different perspectives”

The Plixian who believes that “knowing challenges is the key to success” in life https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/the-plixian-who-believes-in-knowing-challenges-to-be-successful-in-life/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=the-plixian-who-believes-in-knowing-challenges-to-be-successful-in-life https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/the-plixian-who-believes-in-knowing-challenges-to-be-successful-in-life/#respond Tue, 02 Aug 2022 05:05:37 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=16009

It is 2011, one year into the second decade of the new millennium. Sun is shining, and Supriya has just wrapped her 1st day of orientation at the beautiful University of Aberdeen. She is one of the Indian students (Esp. from Jammu) who has shifted to Scotland to study medical molecular microbiology. Sitting beside a bench with scenic views of the university she is busy soaking in the reality of how lucky she is!

Securing a seat at the 5th oldest university in the UK is a dream for many. The university has produced 5 Nobel laureates and is listed in the Top 20 universities to study for in the region. However, she didn’t know that another reality was to happen a decade later in the future as she smiles at songbirds perching delicately in the trees.

In search of cures for some of the world’s incurable diseases

Supriya, a resident of Jammu is one of those individuals who have dared to leave their hometown for a better learning curve. Particularly the region Jammu & Kashmir doesn’t have a good history of delivering quality education owing to its issues with neighboring countries. India is known to have unique stories, and this is one such story of a girl from Jammu who dreamt of being a scientist, did a cross-border journey, and is currently with a health-tech startup that allows her to live a part of her dream. She has had an amazing run of events in her life, schooling in Jammu, graduating from an international university finally landing her first job at IQVIA, and then joining HealthPlix. She broke all stereotypes to travel and pursue her master’s in medical molecular microbiology at the famous University of Aberdeen. Biology has been her favorite subject during her school days and as she grew up she realized that she had a passion to find a cure for the unknown.

She wanted to solve some of the incurable diseases in the world and be a scientist. With a deep interest in microbiology, she had visualized herself at “The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention” and working on some critical diseases outbreak projects. Mind you she is one hell of a healthcare professional who understands gene cloning apart from many other deeper topics. The Girl from Jammu – Supriya had answers to problems that existed in the society but never got a chance to work on them in real-world settings, especially in emerging countries like India

Ser Jorah Mormont

Trying to find a cure for an unknown disease

We all have dreams and move forward with the intent to achieve them. However, life is always full of surprises and we alter our plans as we grow and discover ourselves. In 2018 after working for a clinical research firm, she took a calculative risk to join an unknown health-tech startup with a mission to empower doctors!

Yes, you must be scratching your head, but she decides to support doctors in driving better outcomes by identifying patient and treatment trends. She recollects, “Taking the unknown route this time where doctors in India were still traditional in their approach meant risking your career”

She takes the leap of faith and joins HealthPlix as a sales and real-world evidence strategist. At first, her risk proves to be riskier as she tastes no success in the first 9-10 months of her trying. But, she isn’t the one who would be content and settle for something substandard. She took on the assignment to design an “insights framework for doctors” for one of the biggest pharma companies in the country. Working hard to crack the relationship and with little time left to prove herself, she thought this could be my penultimate chance to make it big before I close a year at the startup. With continuous perseverance, she cracks the biggest deal HealthPlix has ever achieved in 2019 from a new client. The rest is history for Supriya as she grows from one client to managing 10+ clients as a Sales Director; and all of it by building newer projects from scratch, working on relationships that are focused on finding a cure for the unknown, and empowering doctors of Bharat!

What’s beautiful about Supriya is her quest for “finding a cure for the unknown” that matches with the vision of HealthPlix and the company is fortunate to have such blazing stars working tirelessly to help the doctor community. Currently, she is living a part of her dream by creating value for doctors so that they can focus on driving better health outcomes for patients in India!

Funny, dashing, and the outstanding PR Man of HealthPlix, Ritesh Shete, has been running a brilliant show in narrating the HealthPlix Story to everyone in the healthcare ecosystem – The Doctors, The Patients, Plixforce, the Press, the Public…

Ritesh is a force to reckon with when it comes to PR networking and finding the right opportunity at the right time.

Diving into action right from the word ‘go’

On his 2nd day at work here, Ritesh pushed HealthPlix to qualify for a very prestigious award. This award had a rigorous screening process with 757 companies competing to win the coveted award. The competition was tough but this new joiner with abundant confidence in Brand HealhtPlix, armed with his insane tenacity, successfully got HealthPlix through 4 qualifier rounds and finally impressed a highly esteemed global jury of 85 industry stalwarts to recognize this Healthcare Tech brand as NASSCOM’s League of 10 Companies as part of the Emerge Awards in 2021

This is just one of the many Awards that HealthPlix has won – Ritesh has taken the name HealthPlix to the tech healthcare market, where it shines, and says – The leader in EMR for doctors has arrived!

In his 1 year of being a Plixian, he has shown us what a one-person army can do to drive a brand narrative and take the brand name to newer heights.

Ritesh is a seeker – He has a razor-sharp vision that relentlessly looks out for opportunities in the national as well as global forums to represent HealthPlix and generate meaningful brand collaborations and partnerships with industry vanguards!

One of his biggest achievements this year has been a special feature of HealthPlix CEO, Sandeep Gudibanda to Fortune India’s list of 40 under 40

Read about Fortune’s The Good Doctor!

This story catapulted our brand name to the forefront of the Healthcare Tech landscape in the media.

While Ritesh Shete is a true #PlixForce at work (and a stickler for details), he is a happy warm person keeping meetings fun with his constant humor and quirky punchlines – always delivered with a straight face 😃

The ‘Inside Story’

A loving father of a 2-year-old toddler, and a die-hard fan of Sachin Tendulkar (he cried a river when Sachin retired, quite to the surprise of his better half ), we caught up with Ritesh for our Inside Story segment.

Surprise surprise! Here are some fun trivia we learned about our PR man!

Q: What’s the last book you read? Would you recommend it?

A: I read this book Entrepreneurship Simplified from Idea to IPO by Ashok Soota (who also happens to be an ex-client of mine)

I’d recommend this book not just to aspiring entrepreneurs but to anyone trying to discipline themselves to succeed in the increasingly competitive world, so full of ideas!

HealthPlix -PR

Q: Are you currently binge-watching any shows?

A: Just finished Ozarks – It kept my wife and I hooked to the fast-changing plot in every season.

Q: What would you do if you weren’t in this line of work?

A: If I had the luxury of time I’d have loved to become a Photographer!

I’m also quite an ardent F1 enthusiast – I have followed it since the David Coulthard days!

Q: What has been your favorite project or favorite thing about being a Plixian?

A: The fact that I work with some phenomenal fellow Plixians! I am absolutely thrilled to have been a part of this rocketship’s 1-10 journey. I have seen how some exceptional folks here take up responsibilities and drive a one-man army achieving what in a regular setup takes a village to do!

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Bangalore?

A: Stepping out strictly after 10 pm to hang out with my gang of friends, not in a pub, but pretty much everywhere else in the city. I guess only Bangaloreans will know why!

Q: What was the best dinner you’ve ever had?

A: Oh this is interesting. We had this dinner with the HealthPlix Team at Sarjapur Social – It was the best dinner event, not just for the food, but also for a good helping of laughter, dance, pranks, and more. I made people (even the Plix leaders) shake a leg – It is really memorable!

The Plixian who knows the “ART of balancing one’s career at an early age” https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/art-of-balancing-ones-career-at-an-early-age/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=art-of-balancing-ones-career-at-an-early-age https://blogs.healthplix.com/plixian-stories/art-of-balancing-ones-career-at-an-early-age/#comments Thu, 30 Jun 2022 11:16:46 +0000 https://healthplix.com/?p=15482

It’s Oct’2019, COVID has hit the world real bad. Back at home Archita is (sitting by the window) thinking about what next. She has worked at a loan distribution firm selling loan products and then had a minor stint at a construction equipment spare part company. Both jobs did not offer her the mind space she was looking at early in her career and needed a break from the chaotic set-up (questioning herself if this is what I want to do forever!)

Archita represents one of the smart working genZ workforce born and raised in a joint family who is aspirational to be in a job that gives her the adrenaline rush to do more. Being a foodie comes naturally to her given she is a Bengali. With just 2-3 years of work ex in two different profiles, she decides to take the risk and shift herself from the East to the Southern part of India – Bengaluru to begin a new journey with HealthPlix – India’s most awarded doctor software brand.

Leaving the loan business to sell software to a niche audience like doctors, she relaunches her career. Doctors are known to ask all sorts of curious questions outside of their practice. She is experiencing the thrill of engaging with doctors and working at high-energy startups based in Bengaluru. As Archita realizes her potential, HealthPlix offers her another interesting job role, and she seizes it with both hands.

In one of the challenges, she recollects “ I did 20 demo’s on a specific day and working with the team – which had pushed me to do so. It was a self-discovery for me that I could do it” From Sales to Subject Matter Expert to looking into OJT(On-The-Job) functions she transitioned herself into a Plixian with diverse skill sets. Archtia goes on to say “I always had a liking for software and systems was looking join a company that would be tech-first in whatever they do, and I feel lucky to be working at HealthPlix”

The day begins for Archtia working at the health-tech startup, and when the sun sets, she transforms into a food blogger reviewing some amazing cuisines. She is an accomplished food blogger having reviewed close to 100+ cafes with a huge fan following of 12,000+ on her Instagram handle. Into the third year of her career, she already has a big team of 20+ to manage and is thankful to HealthPlix to offer a full-filling job yet testing her from time to time.

The thrill of handling a team size of 20+ helped me become a good trainer, but also made me realize my risk-taking capability. While she is juggling and balancing between two roles, Archita admits that it is the people around her at HealthPlix who have helped her play the balancing act. Archita today is heading and managing the Lead of Incubation -OJT at Healthplix kicked to grow it further. She calls upon Sakshi as one of the best pals at HealthPlix – for her full-of-life spirit, working while eating and living in the moment!

Bags are packed, his mind is ready and Arnab has started his train journey from Bhilai to Chennai. Coming from a middle-class family sitting by the window and snacking on junk food, he is thinking how lucky I am to be admitted to SRM University. SRM University is one of the best in the country and graduation from SRM is a dream for many even today.

With a passion for computers, Arnab graduates from SRM University to join Chalkstreet ( a curated online learning marketplace). Mind you he already has 5-6months of internship under his belt and he is going to need that bit of LUCK to enter into his full-time career. He is excited about his first full-time job – coding, making friends, and trying to find his foot in the company.

Little did he know that on his 5th day in the company he would be diagnosed with IgA nephropathy, also known as Berger’s disease! – A kidney disease occurs when an antibody known as immunoglobulin A (IgA) accumulates in the kidneys and impairs the kidneys’ ability to filter waste from the blood. With no family history of such a disease(no insurance also), the one who should be earning is spending, becoming the epicenter of all the action in his family.

Real-world experience leads to change in career trajectory

He had no idea how this incident would shape and propel him to be a changemaker in digital healthcare. Going through the experience of a kidney transplant he realized the importance of being a doctor in life. Moreover, with his passion for computers, he decides to give back to the Doctor Community, and takes the plunge to join HealthPlix!

Arnab recalls times when he couldn’t find the HANDWRITTEN prescription given to him by his doctor, and remembering the diagnosis details of a critical patient like him was comparable to searching for a needle in the desert. His real-world experience aided him in mapping and developing software that complements a doctor’s practice. He had decided that simply developing wouldn’t suffice; there was a need to identify and solve problems that doctors face on a daily basis.

He remembers in his early days of HealthPlix where doctors were asked to build a recommender system/assistant-like feature that would help them in the early diagnosis of chronic diseases. Fast forward to 2022, his work has changed the way doctors practice today. Some of the marquee features in the HealthPlix EMR set and templated by Arnab, and his purpose-driven work has already paid off helping doctors on the HealthPlix platform.

Commenting on Arnab’s work, Sandeep Gudibanda CEO – HealthPlix says “Work you are driving has helped doctors diagnose a minimum of 100 patients which they may have otherwise missed. You should be super proud of it ”
During the early days of piloting a key CDS feature, Chaitanya Raju Chief of AI – HealthPlix said “The model works and we can create a lot more value for the doctor community by expanding this CD to more doctors”

Arnab is one of those Plixians who joined the company for a purpose and is driving change in healthcare. He says, “ It was never a 9-5job for me as I knew helping doctors to save 1 patient’s life meant so much. The work I do at HealthPlix is helping doctors on the platform who are pulling at least 100+ patients out of the danger zone. It is so satisfying!”

This is a fascinating story of Deepansh Vashisht, a long-serving employee at HealthPlix who has grown alongside the company!

On Saturday afternoon in Nagpur ; it is 40+ degrees celsius. The Ramdaspeth complex in Nagpur is buzzing with businesses dealing with heat and yet wooing customers to buy more. The complex hosts some of the best known doctor clinics offering access to quality healthcare to local citizens across specialities.

One of the well known diabetologists is wrapping a patient consultation for the day and briefing the receptionist not to take any more appointments. In comes Deepansh, an employee of HealthPlix who is trying to sneak in for a quick 5 min conversation with the doctor to sell an EMR software. Mind you, this is pre-COVID days and startups across India had never built something so valuable for DOCTORS in India as the HealthPlix EMR.

Deepansh is immediately turned down by the diabetologist, who cites a lack of technical know-how and a reluctance to embark on the journey of digitizing patient health records as reasons for his denial. Deepansh uses the refusal as a springboard to approach other doctors in the same building and get them to join HealthPlix. As the process progresses, Deepansh shifts gears and sets his sights on a hundred or more doctors in Nagpur.

Deepansh, brimming with confidence, builds his team and travels across the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, Central India, before settling in Bengaluru – HealthPlix – HQ. He has gone from selling HealthPlix EMR in one city to multiple cities, and from one speciality to multiple specialties.

Deepansh has learned all the tricks of building markets for Doctors Software and making them aware that it is an important part of their lives during this journey. With his amazing know-how of building markets and selling products to end users, he is one of the very few employees at HealthPlix to have given 1000+ EMR demos to doctors and persuade them to join HealthPlix’s EMR platform.

From a degree in Applied Psychology to becoming the early hero behind HealthPlix initial success and setting up the foundation, Deepansh has come a long way in learning and transforming himself with HealthPlix! ….. From 1000+ Demo’s to leading Training to look into Quality, he is setting benchmarks for someone who is aspirational… He is now all set to join the product team!

Join Deepansh at our upcoming FREE WEBINAR session to understand how HealthPlix can accelerate your practice.
